I am the operator for a company that spreads across multiple states. While we have a main company number that is primarily used for our home branch, I still receive calls or notifications if let's say, someone dials one of my other users directly and presses 0. If someone is calling a person directly, they're only pressing 0 to get through the greeting message and get to that person faster. There's no good reason for it to then be passed to me simply because they pressed 0. The operator role should be just that, for our company # and nothing else.
