One of our staff complained that she could not attach a PDF to a fax she was composing because the file type was not recognized. For a number of years, Windows has turned off viewing of file extensions by default. Sure enough, when I turned that feature on, I discovered that the extension of that file was in uppercase: .PDF, which was not recognized as a valid extension by the RC fax app. I changed the file extension to .pdf, and that fixed the problem.
Nevertheless, it might be useful during the next update cycle for the app to recognize both .pdf and .PDF as the same file type.
