3. I have installed the Ringcentral for Gmail calendar. This has been very helpful. I would like to go one step further and have the Audio Conference Host Key posted. I understand that it can not go on the meeting otherwise other user would see it. Maybe there could be a popup that appears when you click on audio conference that gives you Audio Conference options. Users could click on it to see their Host key or have the open to disable. Most of my users do NOT use the softphone and simply rely on their deskphone and gmail.
4. When scheduling an Audio Conference, they will know their Host key and not call me everytime freaking out that they can not start the meeting which is now running late and they are in a panic and embarrassed.
5. This is reduce confusion for users that do not use the softphone. Now, my users open Glip, phone app, go to the website...they either look all over the place or they have no idea where to look.
