DIal zero (0) internally for direct dial to operator

RC seems to only allow dialing zero (0) to reach the operator extension when using an IVR.  It would be great for an admin setting that would allow any RC phone user to reach the company operator via direct dialing of zero.

Are you saying that a user wants to start a cold call to the operator by just dialing zero versus dialing her 3 digit extension (or whatever # of digits you have in your system)?

Yes, exactly.  Culturally, our campus has had 'dial zero for operator' functionality for the past 3 decades and we can't do that now with RC.

My thought didn't work.  Let's see if anyone has some suggestion.

Yep, there are some major differences when you move from a premise-based system to the cloud.  Let me see if there is a work around...
