Need Transcript of all conversations during a RC Meeting.
Meeting Transcript is a feature of Zoom meetings ("Transcript" = a typed copy of dictated or recorded material).
The meeting is recorded - we want to SEE the words in the recording to share with meeting participants when a meeting is complete - in addition to the audio/video recording of the meeting.
RC has a feature to transcribe voice messages - this would be essentially the same except the audio to be transcribed is a RC meeting rather than a voicemail.
Velvetech - transcription software already included in Ring Central - could be used for this feature.
This will bring RC Meetings in line with other virtual meeting software platforms.
