Idea

We would like to add a feature where the company directory in RingCentral Office can be categorized as departments. This would be helpful for new hires that are not sure who the HR person is and can search HR department and find that user. Account type is US. Our business is a pharmaceutical call center. This would benefit our company great when employees do not know the name of the employee in a certain department and can search that department and find them. We have about 130+ users.
