Remote Support / Give Mouse Control in RC Video

3. Please add remote support / give mouse control to RC Video before deprecating RC Meetings 
4. Clients need to digitally sign insurance application by controlling our mouse to click signature authorization on website.
5. Can't use RC Video for taking insurance applications otherwise

This already available in your meetings. It needs to be enabled from the web control portal by your company's 'super admin'

Are you thinking of RC Meetings? Not available yet as a feature with RC Video.

A no-brainer.  RC Video is of limited use as part of a UCC until it has feature-parity with RC Meetings.
