SMS Features Needed. For the price point of Ring Central it should have SMS features that are sorely missing.1) There should be SMS templates to access, 2) Should have the option to SMS to the "same person" you are talking to. Currently when you select Message the CID of your caller disappears and you must manually type it back in, silly, 3) SMS time delay, a simple feature, should be able to send SMS now, at 9:15 as a call reminder, or the option to send a SMS template at the end of the call you are on (and to the same person you are talking to). 4) For additional clarity the call recording button on the Softphone should turn Red when recording. These features need to be consistent between BOTH the PC Softphone and the Smartphone App.  Oh, here's another ... #5) There should be a button to erase your sediment feeling altogether.(My sediment is frustrated as I have to use multiple platforms to accomplish seemly simple tasks.) (basically I'm just kinda Happy) lol
