Please update the Call Queue feature to allow for multiple ways to run through the queue. In our case, we need to setup the queue so that the first member of the queue always receives the call first. If the first member is not available, we need to be able to setup the queue so that the next three members receive the call simultaneously. If none of those three are available after a couple rings then it can go to the next member (or small group of members). This will allow us to answer the phone for our clients much faster.
