We are a healthcare company, and since RingCentral is not HIPAA compliant when it comes to Texting, I would like the option for me, as a company admin, to disable SMS texting on all current lines and future lines.
Right now, I have to submit a request to customer service anytime I add extensions and that is not feasible. Not being able to easily and quickly disable SMS texting can possibly cost us in fines.
We can tell our employees not to text, but that doesn't work.
This should be something as easy as a checkbox option for company administrators.
