Call switch from Soft phone to Deskphone or vice versa

  2. A brief description of the business : Law Firm
  3. A high level description of the product or feature being requested: Call switch option or code to switch calls between Desk phone to Soft phone and vice versa
  4. A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: Easy switching of call from desk phone to app or the other way around
  5. Benefit of such feature: This will prevent the caller or the one on the other line to hear hold music if they are being switch from desk phone to soft phone or vice versa
  6. Number of Users and/or Digital Lines: 1

No need for vice-versa you already have that.  It is a green "Switch" button.
Simply put dialing a code like "*65" on the desk phone to switch the call from the deskphone to that deskphone smoothly without having to go to the computer to flip would be very convenient.  I do not understand why this is not already an option/feature.

Someone should look into why this was not done at the start.
