Option to send calls from the call queue to an outside line if no one picks up.
Hi. I went to set up my new system and when using call queues, there is no option to forward the calls to and outside like like an answering service, only vm. All other systems I have worked in gives you this option so you can always take live calls. You can lose a lot of business if customers have to go to vm. PLEASE make this an option ASAP. I really don't want to have to change to another system.
We are a small company HVAC, Electrical business. We book a lot of calls daily. With queues going to vm, a lot of people will just hang up. If it goes to an answering service, we can save the call.
