show the Limited extension name in the caller ID on internal calls

Enhancement request: Limited extensions: request to show the limited extension name in the caller ID on internal calls
1. RingCentral EU
2. Zedel Sas is a member of the Petzl Group in France
3. When receiving an internal call from a limited extension on RC for Google App, users only see the extension number of the caller but not their name.  
4. users would like to see the name of their colleagues not just their Ltd ext number
