Ad hoc polling in RC meetings

Current situation

Currently you can define polling questions for use in a RC meeting - which is a very useful feature.

The problem is that these polls can only be defined for scheduled meetings in advance and via the web portal.

This means that:
  • if duding a meeting with a number of participants (or a web conference / webinar) you can't take a quick view of all the participants (e.g. "How many people more detail on that topic?")
  • you need to remember to do this before the meeting
  • you can't add questions if you find you have forgotten one

Suggested enhancement

Add the ability for the host and co-hosts to define poll questions in each meeting, on a meeting-by-meeting basis. This facility should have the same abilities the web portal i.e.
  • anonymous or named responses
  • Single or multi choice answer
  • be able to see the results of the poll in the meeting
  • allow the host and or co-hosts to save the pol questions and results to an external file / into the cloud, so they are available after the meeting
