Option to Allow Answering a call on Ringcentral App for mobile while on a native call

A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: It would be best if there is an option to Accept or Ignore an Incoming call on RingCentral app for mobile while users are engaged on a Native call, at least it can place native call on Hold rather than Ending it before accepting RingCentral app calls

I 100% agree.  This is a huge problem for us as well.  Why doesn't 'busy' block additional calls coming in.  In the worst example, the organizer of an RC meeting is marked busy on the app.  Then people can call him, interrupting the whole meeting.
