Hi Ring Central,
In nearly all other cloud based systems, refresh tokens don't change when a new access token is granted. Can you please make it so that refresh tokens work similarly to other apps?
We really don't like the idea having to make our customers re-authorize into Ring Central if they go on vacation or something like that.
When an access token from a refresh token in exchange the refresh token get expired so that no more access token can be generated from that same refresh token. So a new refresh token is generated at same time.
Anyways you can put is as an Idea in Idea thread so that RingCentral can look into it.
