I'm using the newest version of the Softphone 5.10 (5.10.081.00) and I believe we're using the newest version of the web interface. None the less, I never get the caller ID name to show up in my Softphone. All I see is the number. According to this ticket:

it appears I should be seeing the names as well. Also, I don't know if it's related, but the Softphone isn't even displaying the caller's name for number I have in my Address Book. See this screengrab:
I have the Preference/Options set for Calls >> Search Caller in the Address Book but it still doesn't search for the incoming caller. Is there something that I'm doing wrong?
