When faxing supported file types using Softphone the file contents appear illegible in the FaxEditor. This occurs both when creating a new fax and adding an attachment and when reviewing an attachment associated with a sent fax. The problem persists whether the high resolution option is selected or not. How can a higher resolution be attained?
