Do not do business with RingCentral, especially if you pay yearly. If you are not able to use their software, and tech support is completely useless, they will not refund the balance in your account. I have wasted the last 2 hours trying to send a simple fax, just as I have done successfully in the past. Tech support is clueless, and I am beyond disgusted. My cost has worked out to several dollars per fax, since I don't send very many, but they refuse to refund my money.
