Problems w/ Call Park on Cisco APA 525G phone - Error message reads 404 Not Found.

We have used Call Park for months and really like the feature. However, the last week or so we have been unable to connect. An error message reads 404 Not Found. The customer is still on the line so I can put them on hold then transfer but not the easiest way to handle.
