I was asked to use this by a client I installed Softphone, It's working inbound but, when I try to call out, "Call" option is grayed

I have been asked to use this service by a client, so I have no knowledge of what package they are using etc. I have installed Softphone, my only option here. It's working, cos I can call my number, but, when I try to make a call, the "Call" option is grayed out.
