Fast user switching & log out

I operate 2 extensions for my business, but presently it appears I can only be logged into one extension using the RingCentral app. I cannot even see how to log out of one user so I can log into the other. For me, it would be really helpful if I could have access to both extensions within the app at the same time. Could you please tell me if this is possible, and if not, could you at least please tell me how to log out of one extension so I can log into the other?

you need to login to the operator extension, typically 99999, or use one of the administrator extensions.

logging out is as simple is selecting logout at the top.

Sara, there are other ways to handle multiple extensions.  I would have a couple of questions to start.

What are you trying to accomplish?  Are you just looking to know how to answer the phone when someone calls in or do you want a specific caller ID to be displayed when you make a call out.

Are you using an Iphone or android.

There is a way to login and out but you may not have to if I knew what you were trying to accomplish

Thanks

Chuck

I've never heard of an "operator" extension, but 99999 did not work. (How would I know the password?) Otherwise, both of the extensions I operate are administrators, but neither of them is able to access another extension's messages, etc.
As for logging out, there is no "logout" at the top. In the iOS app, you have to go into Settings and then My Mobile App Settings, and it is located at the very bottom of the list. Definitely not a predictable location.

Chuck, I operate two extensions, so often I'll be logged into one extension on my iPhone (RC mobile app), and then I'll get a voicemail or fax message for the other extension. At first I couldn't even figure out how to logout of the first extension, but now I at least know how to do that. It's sometimes confusing because none of the main screens tells me which extension I'm logged into. I have to go into settings just to see that. Anyway, it would be great if I could be logged into both extensions simultaneously so I could just switch between them (kind of like Twitter or Facebook let you do on an iPad), but I don't think that exists within the RC mobile app (for iOS, at least).
