How can I answer my coworkers incoming call if they are on another line

We are all set up with presence on our SPA525G2's (thanks Chuck!) and am also curious if there is a way for me to pick up a coworker's ringing phone if he is on another line.  Currently, I can answer his line if he ins't already on a call, but don't know if it's even possible to do if he is on a call.

Right now, I can only see his one line on my display and have no way of knowing if he has another incoming call coming into his 2nd line.  Any suggestions?

Hi Kris, at this time is is not possible to pickup another persons Second Line.  If you have the need for this type of thing you should consider using call queues.  There is more flexibility in getting calls.

You could also tell your co worker to hit ignore and set up the call flow to go to anothers phone.  I have this setup also.

There are a few options for this.
