I added 14 new "personal" contacts into my account on the web, and i thought these contacts would be automatically appeared/sync on my iphone app as well. When I logged in through my iphone, these contacts are NOT on my personal contacts list. Does anyone else experience the same issue? or this is how they designed it...
I called the support center, and they don't know why and told me it may be because the web and app have 2 different database, and that's why it's not synced.
I also have another concern, I do NOT wish to let RingCentral to access my contacts in my phone simply because i have over 300+ contacts in it, and I only fax to those 14 contacts that I added on the web. When I'm trying to add those 14 contacts again, I have to allow the app to access my phone contacts in order to add new numbers. I hope this can be improved.
