We currently have main number going into a call queue to take all incoming calls, and it rings all extensions simultaneously as well as our cell phones in case we are out of office. However, we need to switch to have shared lines with line appearance show up on each phone so we can "grab" other lines that are still ringing when we hang up from an existing call. Therefore we changed our phones to all be in a shared line group and we like the functionality. The PROBLEM we are having is we no longer can have the incoming calls ring our cell phones simultaneously with the office phones. Since the shared line feature doesn't allow call handing to forward to external extensions. To get around this I tried creating a call queue that would ring a different extension AND the shared lines extension, and have the different extension ring my cell phone simultaneously. Unfortunately it won't let me add the "shared line" extension to a call queue with other extensions.
I'm open to all suggestions but we basically need line appearance and it also to ring cell phones simultaneously so by switching to shared lines I gain the line appearance but lose the other feature!
