Hi Ricardo,

Are you still having problems staying logged in? This sounds like a hiccup in the internet connection. Have you tried to reinstall the SoftPhone yet?
If you are still having an issue let us know?

Mike: Thanks for your response. No problems with internet connection. Uninstalled and then reinstalled software with no correction. Now pursuing systematic entry of diff. port numbers (what a pain). I may tomorrow reinstall on a diff. machine and see if that works.

Curiously, when I sign in to "My Account," it accepts my valid password, evidenced by my need to "logout." However, in spite of checking box to "save password" for future log ins, it never will save the password. Always need to re-inter password for entry into "My Account." Not sure what this failure to save password is about.

The password issue may be a security setting in your web browser.
