Polycom 410 mute button not illuminating

When I press the mute button, the button does not light up. Any ideas?

Hello Mitch, 

Are you still having a problem with this. I can't think of any reason it won't illuminate but if it's still not working I'll be happy to look into this?  Does the mute actually work, just not illuminate?
