Hello Quincy,  I'm not sure off hand but perhaps there's a hardware limitation and I'm looking into it. Can you confirm with version of Android OS you are running?

Hi Quincy,  I got some more information back from our developers and may have identified the problem. First, we are not blocking this device, and the specs on the phone should qualify. It's possible that the device  may not be properly configure din Google Play by the OEM or Google. Our Product Manager found that there are a couple different models of this device being sold and your particular model may not be included in the device list in Google Play.

Can you verify the exact model number of your device?
