Mobile app does not show all contacts

There is a similar issue that someone had with the RingCentral mobile app not displaying phone numbers.  My issue with anothe co-worker is on our android phones, the app does not display any contacts past the letter "M."  Can anybody help with a solution?

That sounds very odd. First I would just try to uninstall, and re-install the app. If it still does the same thing, then you may want to  Open a Case.  When you fill out the case information be sure to include as much detail, such as phone model, OS, version etc. and include screenshots so out tech support agents can see what is happening on your end.

Thanks for responding Mike. I did do the things you mentioned a few times and some other things. I just discovered when I have the settings to sync to my specified account set to "all" I have my issue. When I set it to sync to "my contacts" the problem doesnt happen.

When you are on the filters page where you can select "all" or the other options, there may be multiple "all" settings depending on how many different accounts you have on your phone.  Is there one in particular that is causing this?

Thanks for responding.  We "unsync" all the other accounts. We just select the one acoount we want to sync to.  When "all" is selected it linits the number of contacts we see.

Hey Mike, just a little update... I have since got a new phone.  I got the latest HTC. When displaying RingCentral contacts, the same thing happens if I select "all" compared to "my contacts." I also wanted to ask you if you don't mind since you are more helpful then technical support another question.  I just bought a desktop phone. it is the Polycom VVX 410.  I was shocked when they told me i have to manually input my contacts and that it doesn't sync to our contacts in our account. This was the main reason why I bought the phone and thought this was one of the "plug and play" features when I recieved it.  Does this sound accurate?  Is there anyway to get this phone to sync to our contacts?  Thanks again.

Hi Jason, If you are still having a problem with the contacts not fully syncing on the mobile app, you may want to  Open a Case.  As for the vvx410 not syncing company contacts, you were correctly advised. Even though the phone itself has the capability the RingCentral system does not.
