Preview number of pages before sending?

I am sending attached spreadsheet excel. It fits on 1 page page when I print it but when fax out , there is a total of 3 pages = 1 including my work and 2 blank pages.
Does anyone solved this problem?

Hi Mike , It is working now  on 1 page under pdf format, thanks a lot for your help:)

Try doing a File >Save As and save it as a pdf file, then attach it to the fax and see if that solves your problem. If not let us know.
