When I set up a ring central meeting (zoom meeting) some attendees can't get it to load

When I set up a ring central (zoom meeting) many of my attendees outside of our organization cannot login to the screen share part of the meeting. Is this a firewall issue on their end?

Hi Mike - the meetings have been with fewer than four separate attendees.

The next most likely thing is to have them check their browser.  When they try to log into the meeting find out if they get any warnings or popups at the top of their window. Sometimes the attendee will have to "accept, or allow" a pluggin.  I realize you may not be able to do this until you have your next meeting.

I don't think that's it, however - the next external meeting I have with this client, I will get them to do a screen grab. When I searched the Zoom meeting support pages, there seems to be the possibility of port blocking or domain blacklisting that needs to be done when clients are running big VPN networks.

That's possible, so yes, you may have to capture information on their systems, but it could be a security setting somewhere.

Hi Marty,  There could be a number of causes. The first thing to check is that you are not exceeding the maximum number of attendees for your plan.

If this isn't the cause then it could be something on their computers. First let us know if this is the cause.
