When my problems will be fixed?

Too many problems with my account. You guys have no time frame to fix it.


1- I can't access my extension 100. It dont allow me to save it.


2- If i have more than 3 Desktop phone open all calls automatically goes in voice mail.


3- Around 5200 contacts are showing up in my contact list.

Around 5000 contacts are belong to other Ringcentral Customers and its showing under my contacts. It happened to me twice before and it came back again. This is a big privacy issue. I wonder who else is sharing my personal contacts and my customers list.


4- Before that if we have 2 softphone accounts, you can have softphone open 3-4 location and you can user softphone at any computer. Now It wont allow you and all call started going to voicemails.


5- Support representatives are not properly trained on new trouble shooting issues, they are just guessing it and waste your time.


6- Engineering department is changing all those good old features that was working from last 6-7 years without any problems. Now they a forcing you to buy additional lines. This is black mailing.


When my problems will be fixed.
