Polycom Transfer Straight to VM no longer working ?

so Hitting TRANSFER > BLIND > Then Dialing 0 + ext doesn't work anymore? 
Seems the caller gets a message saying ext isn't valid and then it disconnects.. 

Thoughts ?

You may need to call support; there might be an issue with your account.  I just tested it on the Poly 650

This process should still work. If you are having problems, you can do as Rob sand open a ticket if you wish.
