Desktop App - Softphone and Windows 10

Please share experiences using the Softphone and the New Windows 10. At my end, I'm running the new Operating System from Microsoft and the latest RingCentral Softphone version. The look is a little different because the edges of the window, the rest it seems working just fine.

RingCentral Meetings, pass! But I cant quit from the app, same happens with Skype, maybe is an Win 10 issue.

Quit RingCentral Meetings app does not work! Only by Task Manager.

I am surprised you were able to get RR to work on Win 10.  Did you do a clean install of windows 10?

I just made the Upgrade from the Microsoft site, and after a couple of reboots and start failure (it seems like was installing more driver updates), nothing bad with RingCentral Softphone.

Nice!   If you go into services.msc, can you see a ringcentral service running?  I have nothing in services or task manager :-(

Is not running as a Service or (is running under a name that I can't identify).

But it can be found at the Task Manager. The new version of Windows it has a reduced view:


When you need to close a process it makes it pretty fast and simple (like in Apple OS).

RingCentral Portal, Using the new Microsoft Browser "Edge", works fine, just it was asking me for a authentication code like a new computer. Sadly, the "Reports" are slow and inaccurate as always...
