Why are dial-in numbers I get from RingCentral and RingCentral Meetings different? Is there a way to use participant codes from one on the other?
The issue is that our employees have learned that they each have ad-hoc voice bridges, but there doesn't seem to be as ad-hoc a way to create videoconferencing sessions; instead, one must launch the RingCentral Meetings app and start a conference immediately. Since numbers change over time, this doesn't seem to provide the same functionality as the static bridge number per user.
