Call Handling: How can I transfer a call to another user instead of it going to voicemail?

I want to be able to transfer calls to another user instead of the call going to my voicemail. Is that possible?

No its not. I wanted to the same and was told it is not possible by multiple reps. Its a "system limitation". Hopefully they add it in the next update.

Brock, yes this is possible.  Go into your User Settings and click on "Forward to other users phones"...select the user.  Setting it up like I have below will allow the call to ring you first, then the other user.

As far as I know, What Kim said will ring the other users phone but the call will remain in your extension. If they don't pick up on that phone within the specified seconds, your voicemail will take the call.
