- A high level description of the product or feature being requested: a simple step card or video that I can share with my users (often tech novices) on how to join my meeting)
- A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: I send a welcome email when clients schedule a meeting with me. This contains the credentials needed to join my meeting. As almost all have never used ring central before I would like to refer them to a simple video or step card with what to expect. If possible it would even be great to guide them through downloading the needed tool prior to the meeting so they can be prepared and don't waste valuable meeting time with issues.
- Benefit of such feature: happy clients who can easily join meetings or have a resource to turn to for help = happy partners for ring central who will want to renew :)
