I've been asking ring central for help and nobody is helping. I'm continuing to receive emails from clients and business that are trying to call and it says number is disconneceted. I run a business and can't continue to have this happen. Does anyone else have this issue? Or does anyone know any other VOIP that allows text. My business is suffering this is horrible. Please help.
Kim this isn't the first time i've had this issue. It's not being fixed and I need to cancel my service or this needs fixed. This isn't the first time we've talked as well. I've now had about 10 people call. And why did this get set to private?
