Making Additional Numbers Unlisted

I am a new account with RingCentral and I have several "Old" phone numbers I have ported over to ringcentral from before I had a GOOD vanity number. Some people use the old numbers so I don't want to end them. I use them as just forward to my main phone number so I dont lose calls. When I ported them over they got listed in directory listings and I am getting a dozen spam calls per day from those old unpublished numbers. I asked one of them where they got the number and tey said the chamber of commerce. How can I make certain numbers in my account "UNLISTED" or invisible to the outside world?

Question Brett - did you put those numbers on an extension, or are they listed as "auto-receptionist" unassigned numbers b/c they are not assigned?

RingCentral does not publicly list your account numbers unless you have Directory Assistance setup.

You may want to Google your old number and see if it's possibly listed on one of your old website, yelp, or other directory options.

I've set this conversation to private so you can post your old number here so I can investigate it.
