Capped at 14, and every subsequent person who tried to join our meeting, was placed in a seperate meeting - with the same meeting ID

I have an Enterprise plan - able to support 50 people on RingCentral Meetings. During a RingCentral meetings session, we capped at 14, and every subsequent person who tried to join our meeting, was placed in a separate meeting - with our same meeting ID. Help! we are using this to host PAID webinars. We CAN NOT have this happen again!
