AT&T Wireless customers get a "number not working" message when they call us

We ported our Google voice number to Ring Central.

No AT&T Wireless customers can get through and they all get "this is not a working number."
This does not occur when Verizon, US Cellular or landline customers call us.

Ring Central says they have no way of interacting with AT&T to resolve this.
AT&T number porting department has not found an issue with our number.
AT&T technical support says Ring Central needs to resolve this.
Ring Central said we need to find an AT&T customer, have them call customer support, then patch in Ring Central technical support to interact with AT&T.

Is this for real?

Are we supposed to base our business on this company?

Have you had this problem?

What is a good Ring Central alternative?

Ring Central [ ref:_00D80aRUX._50034qIpd2:ref ]

It is occurring on AT&T landlines also.

If anyone from Ring Central is willing to call our # from an AT&T phone you will see.

AT&T is trying to troubleshoot it but they say it may take till July 5th. Good times.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL OR EMAIL PATRICIA as she is trying to work.
I am trying to handle this for her, now going on 2 days of work focused on our phone systems.

RING CENTRAL TEAM: Please add to the urgency of AT&T fixing this by calling them, if you use AT&T Wireless, to report that when you call 207-200-1464 you get a "non working number" message.

You asked us, your customers, to do the same and we have.

We would appreciate it if you would help us be successful with our business by taking a few minutes to do the same.

Thanks

Is there any update? I know this got assigned to a tech who said he replicated the problem and was working on it, but he has not replied to my emails (and he is not in a country that celebrates the 4th of July). We have numerous customers on AT&T and would like to be able to stop telling them to call a different non-RingCentral number to get through.

Thanks!

It looks like our engineers where able to get the 3rd party carrier to resolve the routing issue.  Please test.
