Call queue: turn "do not accept call queue calls" then where do calls go?

If I place my softphone on busy and do not accept direct or queue calls, where does the call go at that point?

If the calls are routed from a call queue to your desktop app, and you turn "do not accept call queue calls" then the call will skip you and go to the next agent. 

If a call is being directed to your Digital Line (DL) and you have DND turn on, it will go to voicemail.
