outgoing time limit for faxes,

Is there any way to limit outgoing faxes to a few minutes?
I get charged times of up to 36 minute to send a fax.
The same fax I could send manually in 30 seconds.

That sounds odd.  It should not take that long to send a fax unless perhaps it's very large.  If you'd like us to investigate you can open a support case and include some samples with the times, dates and numbers you are faxing from and too.
