I am in Canada, using the Telus ring Central application. I have a database that allows calling from within using the callout URL feature. I am getting an error of incorrect user name and password? Is there any workaround or solution? Telus indicates to me, this is not a feature they have, although the whole system seems to be ring central based?
This is an corrected post. Sorry for the confusion. My previous comment referred to RingOut, not CallOut, which are different. We have numerous plans several resellers. The plans that our resellers offer do not mirror the plans purchased direct. We can' troubleshoot Telus accounts from this end. I did search the Telus support site, and there is no mention of the CallOut feature so you were likely advised correctly. You are of course welcome to double check with their support team.
