How do i file a complaint if my refund has not been actioned for 3 months now? Thanks

Hi I have been calling your hotline number and have been advise refund will take place numerous time but never happen..how do I go about this? Should I just go ahead and file a legal complaint about this? Thanks

I was able to locate a case from December that appears to be related. The key comments in the notes were....
 
Since the charge and refund happened on the same day, the customer will not see a refund on his bank statement. Instead our credit card processor nets out the charge and refund and does not charge or refund the customer at all. Please note that this happens with all charges and refunds that are processed on the same day. 

Does this resolve the issue or is there a different issue or other details I'm not aware of?  If so reply here with details.  I've made this a private post so you can post any details.
