Inbound fax number is busy?!

Been waiting for a fax since Friday. Got a call today that the person trying to fax me keeps getting a busy signal. I call my fax number and in fact it is busy. 

Went into my account and thought maybe deleting older voicemails and faxes would help as RC has NO SUPPORT ON THE WEEKENDS and that has proved fruitless.

I needed this prior to tomorrow and now have to look elsewhere to get this fax.

RC, if it is a storage issue, then you need to email with some indication that it is coming close to filling up. 

If that is not the issue, then where the heck is the issue? The status states all is great in RC world.

Been with you guys since 2007. This is extremely frustrating.

Emails into service as well as 2 others I have direct emails for, all unanswered.

The number is still busy.

I just sent a test fax to the number 213-973-4019 and it went through successfully. 

Could you please give me a call sample  of when the fax didn't go through?

Call the number. It is busy.

My attorney has been faxing from 1-718-241-2578 to this number for years, as have others.

They have been getting a busy signal since Friday am ET in attempts to get me legal papers that I had to find another way to get.

HI FM... I've been working with Saadet on this one, but I/we still can't reproduce this.  I did try calling, but did not get a busy signal.  Can you provide the call samples as explained in Saadet's post as this will need to be escalated.

I am calling from 1-213-973-4001 to 1-213-973-4019 and it is busy.

When they attempt to fax from 1-718-241-2578 it is busy.

There is not much I can provide.
