We have been having a lot of problems when using ringcentral meetings with more than a few people , the sound is garbled and cuts out at times. If we are doing one on one calls with customers things are working well. These calls have people calling in from all over...any ideas what I should be checking or how to improve the call quality
We have actually received several other reports of issues with meetings. I was informed that we made a change on the back end last night 6/22 that should have resolved the issue. If you still have any problems with the meetings please collect the Meeting ID number, and any pertinent call examples and open a case with our support team.
