I am having a really awful RingCentral experience. I cannot get someone to pick up when calling customer service. I have been on hold for 7 minutes. I tried earlier and sat on hold for 22 minutes. I am also waiting trying to chat with someone and have been waiting for 18 minutes for an agent to be available. I have "opened a case" but haven't received a response. II have tried all the fixes with routers, network, etc. My callers can't hear me. When they can the qualify is embarrassingly atrocious - every third word is dropped, etc. Any suggestions?

has your quality improved since your issues began? remember the RC service is only as good as the connection its using, even if you have your routers set correctly, if the provider is having a problem your RC service would experience it as well.
