Video conferencing slows my computer down to a halt ...

Anyone know of a way to make it so my PC does not screech to wicked slow when joining a ringcentral video call. Memory and CPU peg and then the computer is sooooo slow - I've got a nice new laptop - i7, 16GB ram, ...Windows 10 enterprise.

If I turn the video off, I can then at least browse or share web pages, otherwise everything is toooo slow.

Buster,

You might want to check your network configuration. I am running an identical configuration, except on a desktop, and I am barely using 5% CPU and very little memory. I have numerous apps running as services as well. Are you running any concurrent applications (other than services) while running a meeting which might use a lot of memory and CPU resources? The meeting in the screen shot was a two person meeting.

Also, are you running the laptop via a WiFi or aircard internet connection or are you hard-wired to the LAN? That could also be a possible reason for the issues you are experiencing.
