So I asked to get some one higher position to fix this, Supervisor name Burnedette called back and mentioned the same thing.
According to both of them - if we go to phone system tab and then company info - caller ID should say my company name and that should be it.
I AM REQUESTING THEM TO GO TO THE PHONE SYSTEM TAB
THEN GO TO 2ND OPTION PHONE NUMBER
THEN ON MIDDLE IT DISPLAY MY PHONE NUMBER - CLICK ON THAT
THEN YOU WILL SEE - THAT DIFFERENT CITY NAME - THAT'S WHAT IT SHOWS ON MY CALLER ID TO ALL MY CUSTOMER
THERE IS A EMPTY BOX - WHICH IS FOR NAME - I AM REQUESTING THEM TO ADD MY COMPANY NAME AND SAVE IT, SINCE I CANNOT DO IT
THEY JUST REPLYING SAYING THAT NO THATS NOT THE PROBLEM
I OWN THE PHARMACY - IT IS VERY IMPORTANT FOR ME WHEN MY SYSTEM CALL THEM THAT RX READY - IT SHOULD INDICATE THE CALL IS FROM PHARMACY. BUT INSTEAD THAT SHOWS DIFFERENT CITY NAME.
PLEASE TAKE CARE OF IT.
I WILL SUGGEST EVERY NEW CUSTOMER THAT IF THIS CANNOT BE SOLVED TRY TO GO FOR OTHER COMPETITORS - I WILL POST THERE NAME HERE IF NOT FIXED WHO CAN DO THIS.
